About our office

Our offices are located in Edinburgh's West End district, close to Haymarket railway station and major bus routes. There is also metered parking outside the offices.

We are open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, apart from Tuesday when we are open from 10am to 5pm. There is always a complaints officer available to speak with members of the public - no appointment required.

The office has been designed to be as barrier free as posisble - we have a wheelchair accessible ramped front entrance, a wheelchair lift at the back entrance to the building, an internal lift and accessible meeting rooms and toilet facilities.

Instant telephone interpretation support is available.

We have a portable loop induction system for hearing aid users.
