Can I come to your office?

Yes.  During normal office hours there is always a duty complaints reviewer who will be available to see you.

He or she won’t be able to give you a decision there and then but will listen to what you have to say and may be able to offer advice.

Please visit the Advice section of this website for further information on contacting the SPSO.
