Accessibility

We are committed to making our service easily accessible to all members of the community.  In designing our offices, our procedures and this website, we have tried to ensure that they are open and accessible.

About our office

Help With Your Complaint

If you have trouble putting your complaint in writing, we may be able to help or recommend someone else who can.  You can phone us on 0800 377 7330 to discuss this.

Other languages and formats
We welcome enquiries and complaints in languages other than English.  If you would like to speak to us in a language other than English we can arrange interpreting support.  Some of our publicity material is available in other languages and formats; please contact us for further details.

Website accessibility
Our website - including the stylesheets used to control layout and presentation - meets the standard recommended by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI). You can read more about these standards at www.w3c.com.

If you want to change the size of the text used on this website, most Web browsers allow users to override formatting and to change fonts and font sizes.  Different browsers, such as Microsoft Explorer and Firefox, have different methods for changing these settings, so you will need to consult the 'Help' section on your browser to find out how to do this.

Improving our service
We are always looking for ways to improve accessibility.  Please call us on 0800 377 7330 or email ask@spso.org.uk if you have feedback or suggestions.
