South Lanarkshire Council - complaint was from the tenant of a multi storey council flat (referred to in this report as Mr C) who complained that the Council had delayed inordinately after September 2004 in effecting a repair to the door entry system at the block of flats. He also complained that they failed to inform him of their complaints procedure.
