New SPSO publication - advice for public bodies

We have produced a new leaflet for bodies under SPSO jurisdiction – The SPSO – complaints, learning and improvement.

This leaflet explains what happens when a complaint is made to SPSO and gives information about our process; changes to our reporting procedure; the Complaints Standards Authority and our training programmes.
