A Report into the Handling of Case Ref: 200502514

The Ombudsman, Mr Jim Martin, laid a report before the Parliament today, 2 October 2009, into the handling of a complaint (200502514) by the SPSO. The report was laid under section 17(4) of the SPSO Act. An annex to the Ombudsman’s report is the external review he requested into the manner in which the complaint was handled, which was conducted by Jerry White, the Local Government Ombudsman for England.
