For 2007-8 to 2009-10 we issued an annual performance update  - a summary of key information about the performance and impact of the SPSO in the year.

Each update lists the main facts and figures for the year concerned and includes information on the number of enquiries and complaints we received and how we determined them.  It also tells you about the outcomes of our investigations and gives examples of the recommendations we made to put things right for individual members of the public and to try and prevent the same thing happening to others. There is more detailed information for each year in the relevant Annual Report.
