Complaint Subject Specific Leaflets

We are always happy to give advice on individual complaints. 

From talking to members of the public about their complaints, we found that some specific subject areas generated frequent requests for advice and information.  We also found that many people like to get this information in writing. As a result we produced a range of leaflets on specific topics with advice on some common topics of complaints and enquiries.

We hope you find the leaflets helpful and if you think you would find it helpful to have a leaflet on a topic not already included, please let us know.
