2007-08 Letters to Local Authorities

On 29 August, the Ombudsman issued a letter to each Local Authority. With the letter were various statistical details of enquiries and complaints received and determined about that Council in 2007-08 and summaries of the outcomes and recommendations made on investigated complaints during the year.
