2008-09 Letters to Local Authorities

On 16 September 2009 our Director of Complaints and Investigations, Steve Carney, issued a letter to the Chief Executive of each Local Authority. 

The Director also provided each Chief Executive with:

  • details of enquiries and complaints received and determined about their Council in 2008-09
  • summaries of the outcome of and recommendations on all complaints for their Council about which we laid a report before the Scottish Parliament in 2008-09
