2009-10 Ombudsman's annual letters to Health Boards

On 24 September 2010 the Ombudsman, Jim Martin, issued his annual statistics letter to the Chief Executive of each Health Board about which we received complaints in 2009-10.

He provided each Chief Executive with:

• details of the numbers of complaints received and determined about their Board in 2009-10
• summaries of the outcome of and recommendations on all complaints for their Board about which we laid a report before the Scottish Parliament in 2009-10
