Open Courses

SPSO will be running 'open courses' based on demand. 

These mixed courses are ideal for:

  • smaller authorities with less staff
  • new staff that may have missed previous sessions
 
Good Complaint Handling

Currently, SPSO do not have any planned open courses on Good Complaint Handling.  Please check back for updates or email training@spso.org.uk if you would prefer to be notified when this becomes available. 
 

Complaint Investigation Skills

If you would like to arrange training please email training@spso.org.uk to request a booking form or for any other enquiry.
 
Do you have eight or more delegates? 
If yes, please contact training@spso.org.uk as we may be able to organise a training day specifically for your authority on a day that is suitable - this may be more cost effective.
 
Open course: £130 per delegate
Single authority course: £1,300* for up to 15 delegates
                                              
*or £1200 for each course for 2 or more bookings made at the same time
