Delays in complaints handling

We are very sorry, but due to the impact of COVID-19 there is currently a delay of up to 11 months in allocating complaints to a Complaints Reviewer.

We are working hard to continue to deliver our service under challenging circumstances. We assure you we will read every complaint as it comes in.
