Our customer forum met for the first time in February 2017. It is made up of recent users of our service and its purpose is to provide insight, challenge and feedback to help us improve, in particular to:
- advise on the accessibility of our service;
- give direct feedback about user experience; and
- share views to help us ensure the service meets the needs of users.
The customer forum meets 3-4 times a year.
