Please only use this form for press and communications enquiries relating to the work of the SPSO or INWO.

We welcome enquiries from members of the media.

Please note:

• If your enquiry is regarding a specific individual complaint, we are unlikely to be able to provide further information beyond what we publish monthly in our reports.
• We are unable to confirm whether or not we are considering a complaint.
• The SPSO operates in accordance with the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002 which sets strict limits on what information we can publicly disclose about cases.
