Complaint about Forth Valley NHS Board - complaint was from a man (referred to in this report as Mr C) that Forth Valley NHS Board (the Board) failed to provide him with appropriate diagnosis and treatment following his initial admission to the Stirling Royal Infirmary (SRI) on 4 February 2005.
Festive closure
