Below is a range of services available to support wellbeing, including family support, bereavement services, and both emergency and non-emergency wellbeing assistance. Whether you require urgent help or someone to speak with, support is available.
For immediate wellbeing support

Samaritans - available to anyone of any age who is experiencing emotional distress, mental health concerns or personal challenges
NHS 24 - when you phone 111 and choose the mental health option, you will be connected to a mental health professional who can offer advice on coping with mental health symptoms
Breathing Space - a listening service for anyone in Scotland over the age of 16 experiencing low mood, depression or anxiety

Change Mental Health - support and signposting for a wide range of topics, such as looking after your own mental health or caring for someone with mental health problems

Survivors Of Bereavement by Suicide - support for anyone affected by suicide
SANDS - support for anyone who has been affected by pregnancy loss or death of a baby

ChildLine - counselling service for anyone under the age of 19
NSPCC - child protection charity who operate helpline if you have concerns about a child as well as online resources covering a number of issues relating to parenting
Children First - support for children and families who have experienced trauma
