Current complaint allocation time: 12 weeks

We are very sorry, but due to an increase in the volume of cases we are currently receiving there is a delay of 12 weeks in allocating some complaints to a Complaints Reviewer.

We are continuing to make positive improvements in how we deliver our service. Please see more detailed information on our delays. Thank you for your patience.
