The Ombudsman is inviting tenders for the provision of an Independent Customer Service Complaints Reviewer (ICSCR) service. The ICSCR will be responsible for investigating and responding to complaints about the service provided by the SPSO in the carrying out of its statutory functions against its customer service standards.
The successful contract form this invitation to tender will:
- commence on Monday 1 June 2026 for an initial period of twelve months, with the option to renew annually for a further 2 years.
- be provided by a single supplier
- meet the Living Wage standard
- share our commitment to achieving net zero by 2030 and supporting our environmental sustainability
