Why are we doing this:
We’re committed to making our communications with customers as clear and accessible as possible. With this in mind, we’ve reviewed and updated our Scottish Welfare Fund (SWF) decision letters.
Here’s what’s changed:
- Removed duplicated content
- Used bullet points for clarity
- Shortened and simplified the text
- Moved statutory guidance to a separate attachment
These changes are designed to help customers quickly and clearly understand the decision we’ve made and the reasons for it.
