COVID-19 update

Our office is currently not open to visitors. Mr C complained on behalf of his constituent (Mr A) following the council's decision to deem Mr A intentionally homeless. We found the council had followed and applied the relevant legislation appropriately. We therefore did not uphold Mr C's complaint.
