Join us on Wednesday 19 November 2025 at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre for a one day event aimed at staff and representatives involved in complaint handling for public sector organisations in Scotland. 

The event will include a keynote speaker, interactive workshops, panel Q&A sessions and networking opportunities.

Important Notice: should you register for a ticket for this conference, you must notify [email protected] no later than Wednesday 12 November at 5pm should you no longer be able to attend (or find a replacement delegate). If you do not inform us in advance, and do not attend the conference, the ticket price will be levied to compensate the Day Delegate cost and catering provision.
