Festive closure 

Our office will be closed for the festive period from 25 December 2025 and will reopen on Monday 5 January 2026. Our phone line will close at 11am on 24 December 2025.

You can still submit your complaint via our online form but this will not be processed until we reopen.

Current complaint allocation time: 16 weeks

We are very sorry, but due to an increase in the volume of cases we are currently receiving there is a delay of 16 weeks in allocating some complaints to a Complaints Reviewer.

We are continuing to make positive improvements in how we deliver our service. Please see more detailed information on our delays. Thank you for your patience.
