The Ombudsman is inviting tenders for the provision of web hosting, web support and development services.
The provider will work closely with the Engagement and Communications team to ensure that the objective of raising informed awareness of the SPSO service and sharing the learnings from SPSO’s findings is fulfilled.
The successful contract from this invitation to tender will:
- commence on 2 March 2026 for an initial 2-year period, with the option to renew for a further 3 years
- be provided by a single supplier
- meet the Living Wage standard
- share our commitment to achieving net zero by 2030 and supporting our environmental sustainability
