Summary
C complained to us about the pressure damage care provided to their late parent (A).
We took independent advice from an appropriately qualified adviser and made some enquiries to the partnership. In response, the partnership offered an appropriate apology to C and explained improvement work they were doing in relation to this matter. C was happy with this outcome and we closed the complaint as resolved.
