Festive closure

SPSO Annual Statistics 2018-19
We have today published our 2018-19 Annual Statistics. These detail the enquiries and complaints we received and determined in the past year.
Highlights include:
- 4,188 complaints received
- 3,955 complaints determined
- 670 complaints investigated
- 58% of investigated complaints upheld
- 1,160 recommendations made
